1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Pistil & Prism website or purchasing any of our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

All content on this website, including text, imagery and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Pistil & Prism unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking & Payment

Workshop reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a valid deposit is received. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

Prices listed on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

For cancellations made more than 7 days before the class, a full refund is available. If you cancel within 3 to 7 days, you may transfer your spot to another session or receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must arrive on time and follow safety instructions provided by the instructor. We are not liable for any injury caused by misuse of provided tools.

All attendees should bring appropriate clothing; aprons are supplied but we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes.

5. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pistil & Prism is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your participation in a workshop.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific workshop in question.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always appear on this page, with the effective date indicated below.
