Refund Policy

1. Workshop Refunds

If you need to cancel your participation in a Pistil & Prism workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. The following refund schedule applies:

• Cancellation at least 7 days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future class.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: no refund or transfer is available.

2. Course Transfers

If you cannot join an event, you may request to transfer your booking to another scheduled workshop of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests must be made more than 72 hours prior to the original class.

Only one transfer is allowed per booking, and the new session must take place within 6 months of the original date.

3. Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be used for any workshop within their validity period (usually 12 months). If the voucher holder cancels outside the refund window, the voucher's value remains available for a future date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take an additional few days to process the credit.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied unjustly, please contact our support team with your booking reference and details.
